		<description>You&#039;re thinking of Kashagan, which as mentioned in the post has been delayed several times. They haven&#039;t even started production yet there so it&#039;ll be mayn time before flows are as high as North Sea oil got.</description>

		<description>Are any of the places you mention in the Caspian Sea? I was hearing on the radio today that the oil field there is truly massive (much bigger than North Sea oil fields)... of course Kazakstan is sandwiched between Russia and China, so there are political issues with regards to supplying much of Europe etc.</description>
